To address this subject we will welcome the MEP 🇪🇺 Ms. Ilana Cicurel, Mr. Benjamin Sibille, founder of the Collective for a European Civic Service 🇪🇺, Ms. Lucie Lombard, in charge of territorial mission Normandy, North and East at France Volontaires and Mr. Thomas Lauwers, project manager at the Maison des Associations of Roubaix.
