Assignment description :
Impulso is an international solidarity NGO that recruits, trains and deploys solidarity consultants to beneficiaries in need.
Young people who engage with us give meaning to their studies, grow humanly and professionally while helping our beneficiaries to develop.
Our ambitions:
To be a key player supporting entrepreneurial projects, by putting the skills and energy of our volunteers at the service of beneficiaries.
Promote volunteering as a tool for training and developing the skills of young people.
The team:
A human-sized team will support you throughout your volunteering. Experts in supporting volunteers and raising donations for more than 8 years, we make every effort to guarantee a rich and formative experience.
Since 2016, more than 232 young people have joined us to live a unique human experience and have a positive impact on the world.
Your role:
You will support women entrepreneurs in the development of their business: accounting, communication, communication, structuring, organization, etc. You will establish a relationship of trust with local partners and promote the autonomy of the beneficiaries.
Impulso headquarters relationship:
During the first 6 months of your mission, you will have various distance learning courses compatible with a full-time activity (internship, school...). It will focus on the preparation of the mission on site but also on supporting the raising of €10,000 in donations in order to finance your mission as well as the support of the headquarters during it.
You will also be accompanied throughout your mission on site.
Partner and entrepreneur relationship:
-On site, you will be accompanied by local partners to meet the beneficiaries. You will need to create a relationship of trust and adapt to different cultures to make the relationship between them, the beneficiaries and you a reality.
-The main mission of your volunteering is to support women in precarious situations in order to enable them to develop a sustainable and income-generating economic activity.
